A Short Film that I Recommend You to See

Today, I happened to know a short lecture given by Nick Vujicic who is a handicapped person in AASP class. One of my AASP members uses this film in his presentation.
I think this lecture has strong messages for us and it may help us to think what is the real meaning of "obstacle." We can learn very important things by watching the film, too. This film even made me cry,,, seriously.  In addition, it is very good source that we think about handicapped people.
I heard that some of  BI mates plan to write about handicapped people. I wish this film is valuable for my friends especially planning to write about this topic!

  1. Hi Yoshika,

Very inspirational film indeed! The religious message was a little strong for me (I am not really a religious person), but I really admire and respect people who have such disadvantages and the way they overcome their situation. The rest of us have no excuse but to be all we can be, right!

Thanks for sharing that, and I hope others get to see it too.

  2. Hi Yoshika,

I really appreciated you when I finished watching this video! I'm not religious, but I feel that one great power controls our world. I think from this video, we can think much about our lives and what makes them good, sometimes bad and that difficulties each person is now facing are different and should not be judged by others. The important is to change our mind in a good way and to make the most of your situations as Nick does.

    Thank you for sharing that:)

Thank you very much for your comment!
His religious messages are strong for me too, but I could learn the way of thinking of Christian. And I think this film is valuable for me because I'm taking "Introduction to Christianity" this term. Moreover, I could get a light to live strongly.
Although this is not my essay topic, I could get energy to write my essayyyy!!!!

    See you on Monday!

Thank you for watching the video and posting a message! I'm really happy that I could share this wonderful and meaningful video with you;)

I, too, feel the strong power of religion and I was even surprised his strong religious messages.

Still I'm not sure that I can recover deep sadness or frustration after failing hundreds times. But I could remember the importance and wonderfulness to try to overcome difficulties or to change our mind in positive way (as you said :)).

I think one of the reasons why his messages are so strong and full of hope is that he knew his role of living and found the purpose of living. Since this is my (maybe others too)strugglimg point, I respect him very much.

Again thank you for watching and reading my message!

    See you on Monday:D arigato~

    Yoshikaaa;)
